PAST DUE TRAILER RENTAL FEE: Currently a majority of the bottling equipment, shrink wrapper, shelving, clean room, stock ladder, and forklift are stored in (2) trailers at the Maysville St. site. The successful bidder will need to pay back rent due on the storage trailers in the amount of $1,450 in addition to their sealed bid. This back rent will be paid at the time of settlement. Maine Trailer Sales will be glad to discuss moving the trailers to a new site, with the successful bidder. Additional fees will apply.
